Long time no see!

Goodness has it really been over a month since I last posted here. I do apologise, I guess it's like the gym you think it's a good idea and keep it up for 4 weeks until something puts you off going and you never go back.

But I'm here! To be fair it has been manic like busy the last few weeks, what with the charity calendar coming into the full force...so much so that a big box of 110 will be arriving at our house next week. Am I on the ball this year or what, people will actually have them for January 1st. Amazing! Mainly thanks to marvellous Marjolein being a dream to work with on the design front and she's done a sterling job. I finally got to meet her before the Hard Rock gig a few weeks ago, such a creative talent she should be very proud of her work.

Oh and Melanie's DVD is 'finally' out tomorrow. I'm hoping Tesco are that superb that there will be a nice package on my doormat when I get home from work tomorrow night, otherwise I'll have to endure reading other peoples reviews on how great it is!

The gig actually turned out to be very poignant as the day after, or as it turns out, as I went to sleep in London that night my grandad passed away. The memories from the gig certainly helped me out the following week so it's kinda more than just a DVD to me and will mean alot as I watch it back. I think it would have to be some of the highlights of this year, in particular as me, claire and raz stood in our own space at the back of the venue just jumping, dancing and going mad to 'I Turn To You' - happy times, I think I'll have a proper giggle thinking about what we were doing behind the cameras!

It's safe to say I've had a few surreal moments this year, mainly with the trip to the Algarve I was lucky enough to be invited to, that and meeting b*witched at Hard Rock. Truly bizarre, but hilarious all the same, lovely girls! I'll certainly have a lot to tell the grankids in years to come about how 2006 was a life changing and memorable year.
